I specialise in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, depression, self-esteem challenges and life transitions. I also work with couples facing difficult relationships, guiding them through challenges with the goal of helping each partner express their thoughts and emotions openly. My aim is to create a space where both individuals can truly be heard, fostering understanding and healthier communication between them. Whether you prefer in-person counselling sessions or online therapy, I offer flexible options tailored to your needs.

My Approach

My counselling practice is rooted in Gestalt therapy, which focuses on increasing awareness of the present moment and only exploring how past experiences shape our current patterns. Therapy is a collaborative and transformative process where you can explore your emotions, gain clarity, and develop deeper self-awareness. Together, we will create an environment that allows you to discover new ways of being.

What is Gestalt Therapy?

Gestalt therapy is an holistic approach that focuses on self-awareness, personal responsibility, and present moment experience. Rather than analyzing past events in isolation, it helps individuals understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected in the here and now. Through dialogue, creative techniques, and experiential exercises, Gestalt therapy encourages clients to explore their feelings, recognize patterns, and develop new ways of relating to themselves and others. The goal is to foster greater self-acceptance, emotional growth, and the ability to respond to life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.

self-worth during what was a difficult period in my life.
